For centuries the ancient art of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage has been used as a powerful tool for maintaining a healthy way of life. The strokes are long and flowing, using forearms and elbows, and giving the feeling of many hands on the body at once. Each day you will learn new exercises and massage techniques designed to harness the power of the elements earth, air, water and fire. This massage is profoundly relaxing, creating a deep trance state to allow the receiver to identify and dissolve limiting beliefs that cause illness in the body.

Courses are offered over 4 consecutive days, except the London course which is offered over 2 full weekends. Space is limited so register early. Hold your space with a non-refundable £100 deposit. Students who pass this course will recieve a certificate for CThA Approved Post Graduate training of 20 CPD Points. in the meditation room, donations are accepted and appreciated. All are invited to a lecture and demonstration of this ancient healing art open to the public. Witness the grace and beauty of this flowing dance of healing from the islands of Hawaii. Combining elements of Hula and mimicking the waves of the ocean the practioner moves as the receiver is transported to a place of deep healing and transformation. A brief lecture on the history and culture behind this work will be followed by a hypnotic demonstration of the gift of aloha through touch. This is the first night of a longer workshops see information below.

Our class begins with a Lecture and Demonstration from 6:30-9:30 Thursday April 10th. Student registration is at 6:30 and the demonstration is open to the public by donation from 7-8. Then 3 full days of practice in the ancient arts of healing from the Hawaiian Islands. Includes instruction of a full body lomi lomi massage, the practice of Ho'oponopono and traditional breath and movement exercises designed to raise the vibration of both giver and reciever. Residential - £350. (Includes all meals Thursday dinnerthru Sunday brunch, class and shared accomodations) Enjoy all that Shambala has to offer including vegitarian meals, sauna, and use of the grounds. Witness the grace and beauty of this flowing dance of healing from the islands of Hawaii. Combining elements of Hula and mimicking the waves of the ocean the practioner moves as the receiver is transported to a place of deep healing and transformation. A brief lecture on the history and culture behind this work will be followed by a hypnotic demonstration of the gift of aloha through touch. Approximately 45 minutes in length. Then Sacred Dance 8:30-10pm you are invited to invoke and embody the grace of divinity through an exploration of movement and sound. Beginning with a guided meditation and continuing with the body's innate desire to express itself through movement we share the sacred space of creation in the dance. Lomi Lomi Workshop Synchronicity Studio in South West London
Two full weekends of Hawaiian massage with practice time in between. At this cozy, private studio in South West London complete with kitchen and garden. Only a 2 minute walk from Clapham North underground station. The first weekend we cover history, culture and techniques for the back of the body, giving you plenty of time to practice and formulate questions before we meet again. We follow up with the routine for the front of the body and reveiew with a full body session. Synchronicity
