Expand on your Lomi skills with an exploration into opening the gateways of the shoulders, hips, jaw and diaphragm. Side-lying work for deeper access to hips and lower back will be covered and more slippery under the body fun.

Open to my returning students and the graduates of the June 2012 Bancroft and Nashua CC classes. Only $95 before April 1 $125 after.

This class will need a minimum of 10 students to run and final decision will be made by June 1st. Limited to 18 participants. 10am-5pm.
